Ingredients:
2 tbsp. soy sauce
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. black pepper
Soak clams in water to expel sand.
Boil water and as clams.
Cook until shells open.
Marinate squid and fish.
Dredge marinated fish in flour
Fry in hot oil until slightly brown.
Set aside.
Sauté garlic, onion and squid ring.
Add fried fish, clams, potatoes and red peppers.
Simmer for two minutes.
Serve hot, make 6-8 serving.
