Ingredients:
1 onion, sliced
1 carrot, sliced and cooked
¼ cup shrimp
2 tsp. seasoning
1 1/ 2 cups broth (chicken)
1 big tomato sliced
¼ kilo chiharo
¼ kilo ground meat
1 stem celery, sliced
6 tsp. flour
Salt and pepper to taste
Sauté onion and tomato in oil
Add ground meat and cook until tender.
Add shrimp and cook for 5 minutes.
Add flour and stir again until sauce thickens.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Season well.
